1. Overview

This policy explains how Multi Platform Video Scheduler handles information when users connect supported social accounts and use the scheduler.

2. Information processed

The application may process OAuth access/refresh tokens, platform user identifiers, display names, video metadata, scheduling metadata, titles/descriptions, and video files selected by the user.

3. Purpose

Information is used only to authenticate connected accounts, display account status, schedule authorized content, upload content requested by the user, and diagnose operational errors.

4. Local storage

The core scheduler is local-first. When deployed locally, scheduling data, encrypted OAuth credentials and uploaded video files are stored on the user's own computer unless the user deploys the core scheduler to a server.

5. Third parties

Data required to perform a requested upload is sent to the relevant platform API, such as YouTube or TikTok. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention and deletion

Users can disconnect platform accounts and remove local content. To request assistance with account data or deletion, contact support@postlane.io.vn.

7. Security

OAuth credentials are intended to be stored encrypted by the core scheduler. Users are responsible for securing the device or server running the scheduler.
